Notice period

For sabbatical 90 days notice period is not required as you not leaving TCS. Whenever you join back from your sabbatical then you have to serve 90 days np.

Please remember during sabbatical you cannot take any other full time employment. It's for educational activity only .

you will still need to serve the notice period if you take a sabbatical. the standard notice period is 90 days. no exceptions. check with HR for the exact policy.
