Trending @Infosys; Notice period

I have an offer in a company, but the HR is asking 60 Days NP. Can I negotiate with infy to reduce NP from 90 to 60 days. Is it possible to ask for a Buy out with infy.

You can ask for early release if there's not much dependency on you your manager will agree but this highly depends on your manager if he's supportive he will release you

If you are in bench or in a non critical role in a project. Which needs very less KT, you can ask your manager. Most of the time they will agree. If not you have to stay. Buy out also has happened in cases

Try to get release from proj & go on bench. Once on bench you can ask for early release.
I have seen some cases where a person got release in a week after e-sep
