Notice period!!!
I'm serving notice and only 25 days left. Managers are giving workload and asking to develop things for other teams as well. I'm not at all interested. My next company tech stack is completely different. How to proceed this? If I perform low do I need to face any consequences?
Keep sending email to arrange an KT to handover your responsibility the person who is going to replace you. loop HR and your supervisors manager in email. mention that you expect to reduce dependency on you for smooth transit. repeate this email every week
Every 3 days :) but no need for HR unless you want them of involved but always remember they will not favor you as you are leaving.. even you will do the same human nature.
Sick leave goes for approval to your supervisor. Only optional holidays are auto approved.
Be professional when they are :) today is my LWD in a project but to am still working b cause the people I worked with were good to me.. but when I left Wipro the people is worked with wee not good so I had proper KT plan/document plan with revise KT. And last week when he asked me to work on something I always said yes and never did it.. just learn how to handle it smartly.. never forget the team your work with and friends you made in a team coz of a stupid manager.. exp of 14 year speaking and resigned 4 time till now just did not listen for once in that rest all 3 I worked till we went for a drinks on my LWD.
