Notice Period 30 Days

Why TCS management creating havoc for layoffs. They just need to reduce notice period to 30 Days, I am sure they will get their target head count in a month only . Agree ?

They want to remove people who are not generating revenue. If they reduce notice period most people who are billable will leave and it will be loss for TCS.
