Trending @Accenture; Notice period.

Hi guys, I am planning to leave Accenture on August end or September first week.Is it necessary to serve all 3 months on notice period if I put my papers down by now?Can I leave on one month notice?(i.e. I will put my papers down on July end)

Because if I do it, I will get more earned leaves added up(as I will spend the 2 months without going on notice period)and while leaving I will get more leaves encashment. Am I right here?
