Today I got the offer letter from one of the product based company , I have said 90 days notice period initially during interview process also mentioned I can negotiate 45-60, later completed the interview rounds , they release offer letter over the joining date in April as 60 days from now , But In Accenture I have over 90 days of notice period , What should be ideal way to tackle this ?! And also HR asks for resignation mail !! Should I put the resignation, will it be a risk ?! Or it can be managed through !! Any helpful thoughts on this !!!
Usually, in PBC, the Joining date can be negotiated, so talk to them if the joining date can be moved further so that if possible you can get 15 day early release (fairly possible with Earned leaves buyout). HRs are brutal in Accenture and you shouldn't resign without clarity.

1 month can’t be managed. You need to tell them truth or drop papers and tell them u r talking for early release. 1 month before tell they are not agreeing.
