Notice period 🙃

Lately, I have been receiving calls from several HR departments. Their initial inquiry consistently revolves around my notice period. Upon informing them that the official notice period is 90 days, although negotiable to 30-45 days, they all appear to be looking for someone who can start immediately. Could you perhaps offer some advice or suggestions on how I might improve this situation?
