NOTICE PERIOD - Wfh

Anyone who recently resigned from TCS and did WFH during the notice period, what are the consequences you faced other than variable pay cut? Does it affect fnf, experience letters etc?

I am preparing for govt exams and don't want to go to the office now as it wastes a lot of time and also I hardly have much work in my project. I am really not much concerned with variable pay cuts. Time is more important to me right now.

So anyone who knows about the consequences of doing WFH in notice please reply.

They might cut the entire salary if you are on the bench and not going to the office .You might need to pay money in FNF settlement . otherwise they will not give experience or reliving letter

No I am not on the bench. I am actively allocated in a project for more than a year.

I’m also thinking the same..need clarity on whether it’ll impact LWD/FNF
