Notice period - 90 days

I'm looking for opportunities outside and every company I've interviewed with is not accepting my 90 days notice period. I'm currently in a project but without work not in any team , there is no dependency Is there a buyout option Or any possible way that I could talk to my hr and sort it out to reduce My notice period.
