Hi, I got an update on my notice pay from the exit helpdesk as follows:

Dear Requestor,

Please to inform that your Notice pay is currently under validation process. Based on the clearance close notice pay will processed in Oct'24 paycycle.

My LWD is August 30 and already my F&F statement was generated with only leave encashment amount but as per the discussion with POC HR, I am not getting my notice pay till now.

So now with reference to the above email, any probability to get my notice pay salary?
