I am on bench since month rmg not giving any interview calls, my interview outside is almost but almost they are asking me to join in 2 months Is it possible to buy out notice

If ur on bench means no worries they will only release you immediately . If u get any interview calls just say ur on notice period . Then RMG will consider and take action . They won’t keep u long .
