Not Understanding what's true and what is false
My known colleague is on bench since last 4 months and happily that colleague is enjoying, no seriousness nothing, yet no action from RMG and anyone and who are really serious are getting effected!!!
I know some people personally who got affected in tcs due bench policy but they got good exit pay . But cretria is still not clear to me also

Yes you are telling true. That's why so many people are telling lie. Yes all is good in TCS. Banks are rejecting loan for tcs because they can't provide money to Ambani like people else they will fly to London. All is assumption and in mind is going. Somehow someone is putting in their dream that tcs is not good. All is really well, people are blind that they arennot seeing good in people they are seeing their frnd who are really wanted to go outside tcs they are just blaming because they are not able move from company. Yes tcs is keeping employees for 35 years not for 35 days specially for c3 and above. Thank you so much for this positivity, hats off sir.
