Not surprised to see people cheering at news of layoff/forced resignation. A large section of low IQs don't know they will be next.
Humanity comes in full circles. Low IQ people cheer when one section of society is getting impacted. They do not expect that soon they will be the target. They think we are the good guys we are valuable slaves to our master. Master will never do this to us. This the playbook every oppressor has used for centuries.

Agree with you but there shouldn't be any mercy to those warming benches for many months, there should be some accountability with associates as well. And in case you start blaming the RMG, yes those MFd should be blamed first.
The number of benchwarmers are negligible, the amount of money wasted by management for trips and lot of miscellaneous stuff exceeds the bench spending.

TCS is cooked along with its middle management . Only safe and secure wallet makers are the directors , cxo ceo etc
They are running company not charity they have the right to do anything,we can't say anything.If you have enough skills switch or else wait for layoff.
