Not sure how grapevine works or what are their 'community guidelines'
I recently posted an job openings details in my team as many others have been doing so interested folks can reach out. However, Grapevine removed it saying violation of community guidelines. Not sure what was exactly violating in that. If you can post about open positions, what is the careers section with business roles and data science doing in your post drop down menu.

Thanks for raising this. Genuinely sorry about this, the posts absolutely don’t violate policies - I think deletion got triggered because of similar text in two communities subsequently. But this wasn’t spam, and shouldn’t have happened, we’ll be careful about this
