Base pay 13.3L Variable 2.8L

Variable pay received Dec 24 14k June 25 32k

Thought now I have completed 1 year so will receive good variable pay but this time also

Dec 25 46k only, hike 0

Need suggestions whom I can contact apart from people lead to raise concern

You can raise a ticket in support.accenture.com
But it goes through the HR and people leads pool.
He will be made aware nevertheless

Formula is VP amount = last 6 month's fixed pay component * VP% * chargeability %

Does the VP ans Hike percentage released on a phased basis? Coz I am not seeing anything in rewards portal

I am L10, in June for 14% VP, 0% hike. In current December cycle 7.7% VP, 7.7% VP. So they gave same amount only just reduced vp and put in hike😤😤

I got more vp at level 12 than after promotion to 11.
Vp is magic number it can be anything.

When I joined Accenture one of my friends told me to check only the fixed component, he clearly stated the variable is all bonus. If you are happy with a fixed component then join
