Not satisfied with hike
My project is new, and my team is the only one performing well. Basically, the whole project is running because of our team's contribution. Still, they provided a hike of only 0-7%. This is a large blow to us as we have given heart and soul to this project, and still, they are giving an average hike. What should we do?
As someone mentioned it depends on the various factors. However, if the company is getting good profit out of it but not rewarding the efforts and impact of a team try escalating this to your managers. If things still doesn't change then your whole team should unite and consider mass resignation post securing a good or comparable offers or atleast look out for yourself.

I discussed with my lead, but it was not helpful. Should I discuss this with my manager?
