Not reporting to office in NP suggestion required

Hi 👋, I had to drop my resignation in November due to my mother's health condition. I have recently received an offer where I can work from home (WFH) and I'm no longer reporting to the office. I wanted to know if TCS might take any disciplinary action against me. Has anyone faced a similar situation? I have submitted my mother's documents to HR but haven't asked for an exception. Please share your experience if you have any insights. Thanks!
