What will happen if I don't come to office on my base location rather visit another office like my assigned location is banglore but rather going to Bangalore office I went to gurugram office or noida office?
Ask for transfer.
Irrespective of where we are visiting, we are getting compliant, in the office present mail, the visited facility is mapped correctly. I don't think this should impact anywhere.
The main motive behind this return to office was to call people to their base location. Either change your base location or report on your current base location. There are higher chances it will impact your bonus or promotion in future
I have heard that many people are doing it but I am not sure that it's true or not and even if it is true is there any repercussions they have to face
I want to know this as well. Will it come as non-compliant? 🤔
