Not Reporting RMG for 3 weeks and received stop pay mail from hr and i am not able to access ultimatix, what will happen next...

Nothing unless you report back to your RMG so that he can add in next allocation based on the data i.e skillset and experience that you provide...

So make sure you report them at earliest making them to add you in next allocation restoring your access once your allocation is done
