Trending @Infosys; Not Releasing early
I am in STG and I need an early release within a month but my MU lead is not ready to release me and is asking me to serve 90 days. I talked to a Senior in Leadership but he is also not ready to do it.. Please suggest what I should do.
Option 1 Just leave without relieving letter if your new company is ok to take you!! Bad advice but if the offer is that good why bother here. Take print out of all your payslips just as a proof you worked here.
Option 2 - find a lawyer and file a case that they are are not letting you buy out.
Options 3 - Stop working , stop taking any responsibility. They will terminate you with letter . Again your new company should be ok taking you with Thai termination letter. Again not the best of advice
There is no other option.
