Not Receiving Calls – Am I the Only One Facing This Issue?

Hey everyone,

it's been quite some time that I've been looking out, but I'm not receiving any calls. Is it just me facing this issue, or are others experiencing the same?

90 days notice period is the main issue. No one wants to give first offer.
