From the date of joining was on project throughout for almost 2.5 years & conpleted two projects with 4 & 5 YEA rating & just got release in july also completed their 30 months criteria for eligibility, completed RTO when it was instructed Still there is no update !!

Same bro, just fell short on rto like I’ve total of 9days in last three months. Is rto mandatory for A promotion? If yes how many days(also avg office hours) should I target before next quarter and are there other criteria?

I replied on your post too i think But as i mentioned i was not having any strict mail for rto for my last project stil i went for some days
