Trending @Wipro; Not nominating me for promotion
Hi All,
From the past 2 cycles I'm requesting my delivery manager to nominate me but he is not at all ready to do that though I have met all the criteria like 2 rating, my skillz assessment and 2.4 years tenure in Wipro.
Can anyone guide me who I can reach out to get nominate and get the promotion for this July cycle.
There is nothing that can be done. My manager has been waiting for the past 5 years,😂😂😂😂😂
I am working from past 3.5 years, and met all the criteria, requesting from past one year but no response.
Eligibility means as per policy you can be nominated.
But nomination should logically come based on your past and potential future contribution to the team and organisation.
But what's the big deal to nominate and promote when we meet the eligibility criteria?
