Not Maintaining the TCS policy BOA Kolkata Location not getting project release.

I have been working for more than 5 years with the same project BOA Kolkata location I have upgraded my skills doing PGDHRM from Symbiosis Pune not getting any chance of upgradation and stuck with the same project and neither getting a project release.
