Not liking the environment?

I recently joined the organisation year ago which lacks documentation Every time you ask for cloud instance you need to ask for permission,even for jenkins run.People do not review pull request in a week.They do at end of the sprint and then there are conflict which person who has raised has to resolve? I previously worked in small team ,I had most of the privileges there,even while giving access to some does not care that much.It feels like stuck .Sprint call feels like burden .I am looking for change?.What reason shall i give for change?
