Not liking newly joined company what to do ?

I recently joined a fintech startup as a frontend developer. Though i have 3+ years of experience i joined it as SDE 1 since no other role is available.

Its almost 20 days that i joined, but i didn’t like the workplace at all apart from this the team is distributed across different offices so didn’t receive any KT, and they are expecting i will handle a major project by myself.

So i started looking for other jobs from starting and some interviews are in pipeline from before joining also. Because of this not able to focus that much on work and i am not able to perform well in given task.

What should i do

1. Give 1month and check how it goes
2. Focus on interview preparation
3. Handle both ( but need to be inclined towards one)
