Don't be so touchy. Everyone loves Bangalore and Kannadigas. It doesn't negate that money is the biggest motivator. We come to work and make money. That's it.
People in northern states don't hate people who don't speak their language. Like Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, etc. Each state mentioned have their regional language but people do communicate in Hindi and on educated places in english.
