Not happy with current work

I am not happy with my current work. I am having issues with all of my team members. Its not intentional but somehow how am fighting with everyone even with senior manager. What should I do? I have ruined my image at work. I have put lots of efforts for the project but didn't see the outcomes and then I started behaving like this. I am trying for switch but it's also not happening
