Trending @Capgemini; Not got the promotion since 2 years 2 months.

My collegues who joined with me or one month later have got promoted in first, second and now in october third cycle from A4 to A5. I have still not got any promotion mail. Do any of you have idea, why they are not promoting me?

Minimum promotion years in cg is 3 to 4 years in high grades.. After 3.5 years, speak to HR and practise leads..
