Yes, I feel so. Starting with variable pay reduction may be no increment, and lastly termination may happen.

Why you are scaring. How you are so sure on this?

I did not say definitely, I said "maybe".

AFS contract gone that contributed 8% of accenture revenue plus Gen AI implementations showing the enough sings of team resizing. Don’t give any single reason to your team managers and HR for anything.

If you are genuinely not able to RTO, raise exception and get it official approved. Dont take any risk. This is serious.

They have tied RTO to complaince already. Read between the lines.

No risk, you will get warning before any employment risk, you can speak to hr if he is friendly to you.

How you are so sure that warning latter will be triggered for employment risk?

I know lot of guys still working from home and they will not take strict action against all. Coimbatore has exception so it will be baised treatment for other locations employees and not fair. Coimbatore have work from home...

If people you are referring for not attending office are from Operations then of course their is no mandate for them to attend atleast one a week. As ones a week is only for Technology team in India if the exemption to known locations due to seat limitations. Hence, need to be mindful while benchmarking.

In Accenture only one thing matters and it is client billing, till client is paying for your work no risk to employment

I have an exception raised via mail and got an approval from team manager. But HR is not responding to it. Seems HR is not bothered and will get back to sting when the situation arises

What exception you raised?

Definetly will impact in someways. When records will be pulled against you for the PIP or variable deduction. Then you will no words against it

No one knows what will happen. The WFO mandate has just started. At this point, everyone is just guessing.
