Not going to office

Since the last poor QVA rollout, I’ve not been regularly swiping at office (around 60% wfo index till now this quarter) Should I anticipate any issues other than not getting QVA in next quarter?

As of now no other impact other than QVA. but If you are eligible for promotion in the near future they are considering RTO compliance as a criteria.

As part of RTO compliance ,will they consider only WFO index % only or both index and no of hours in ofz?

I joined TCS last year. Didn’t have rating this year. So promotion for me is out of question for the next couple of years I think.
