Not going to office

I am getting daily reminders to visit the office but I don't want to go as it's very far from home. To give you some context, the office is in my hometown but my home itself is very far from the office. Since I joined as a fresher during the covid time, initially I didn't have to go to the office but then they reopened offices and asked us to come 5 days to the office. Like hell I would ! They are deducting my Quarterly bonus due to this but I don't care cuz the bonus is so less , my vehicle would burn more petrol if I start visiting the office 5 days a week. I don't plan on going to the office anytime soon.

Will they kick me out?

This is not just going to impact your QVA but also might impact the appraisal and any future promotion possibilities.

So basically they have played super smart including all.og these as part of so called disciplinary action or consequences which pretty much include everything.

And to be honest continuing to work with no good appraisals and no scope for band promotions I see it being difficult for many to stay motivated

What appraisal? 3%? I think it is very high for you

First they will impact on QVA and appraisal, then try to find better replacement of you, then make you out from the project, then they will start some interviews of silly location projects, if you said no to all then they will start sending you emails that they enough tried on you to give opportunities but now they are taking strict actions (silent termination)

Always remember: you are not important neither your quality of work.
