Trending @Capgemini; Not getting shift allowance

I started working in this new project from 15th march my shift was 2-11pm. So per shift I should get 200rs (4400 per month). For march my manager said that if shift allowance is approved by 10th of every month it is ceedited the same month. So since the project started on 15th I would get march's shift allowance with April's salary.

However, I didn't get march or April's shift allowance this month. In fact, no one in the team got theirs. When I asked to my manager, she said that she had a lot of things in her plate and couldn't get time to get that approved. We're talking about 7-8k worth of pay here. Then she says all of this will be streamlined very soon and she will get someone in the team who can take care of that.

Does this happen often? What else can I do to make sure I get the allowance I'm entitled to?

Ps: my BU is FS.

My manager approves shift allowance. It just takes a few clicks . He does it infront of us. She is just lazy or doesn't know how to navigate the portal. My friend was in a different portal and his manager did not know how to approve shift allowance. Many managers do this in CapGemini. Send your manager 3 remainder emails and escalate to your HR if he doesn't approve. It's your own money. Complain that you have not received 3 months shift allowance and you are not willing any longer. Tell them that 100 days is more than enough to trouble shoot any issue in the portal. Any delay more than this is unacceptable to you as an employee and you feel cheated. Tell him that many projects across capgemini are getting their shift allowance why is only this project facing issue that to persisting for more than 100 days. 100 days is sufficient enough time to trouble shoot any issue with the project code or any issues in the portal.

Ask her to roaster it again with last 3 from today and then ask her to approve it. My manager used to do this if the was any issues for which we don’t get the shift allowance.
