Not getting replies even after a referral.
Just getting fed up now, I have been applying to different companies for more than a month now via referrals but even after it I am not getting any replies. I also asked people whether the resume is good or not, they said there is no problem with that...then I am not able to understand what needs to be done in order to get interview calls?

I have been doing that for a year now... Finally something clicked last month... It's a long journey sometimes
