Not getting released from N!$$@n unit of EIS domain, full of hardware dependencies. Have been trying since 2 years. Nothing new to learn.

Getting a release can be tough, especially with hardware dependencies. Maybe try discussing with your manager for a skill development plan.

I have spent my valuable years in this project and now this project follows a continuous routine, same approach, also the technology that they are using is very old and domain specific. Everything is manual here. The TLs act as Hitlers, assign task to everyone and only attend meets. And mainly just chit chat or gossip throughout the day. Really fed up of this partial team.

You can upskill and switch

This project has been an utter failure from the very beginning. The management team was completely incompetent, constantly changing their minds without any regard for the impact on the team. There was zero planning, and every deadline was treated as optional. Communication was nonexistent—team members were left in the dark, and the leadership seemed more focused on shifting blame than solving problems. Resources were squandered, priorities were mixed up daily, and no one seemed to have any grasp on what was actually going on. In the end, it felt like the entire project was just a waste of time, money, and effort, with no accountability from anyone at the top

Just wondering why the company level management is not taking action on this unit as level of micromanagement is there

If you are not caring about D band then i can help.

N!!$$@n is worst project as well as worst management . You will get release if project will end their contract. Which next to impossible. So better to change company

- You need a strong pull
- You need to create a strong push by convincing people or not working or some education. I did all 3 and they were forced to. Last 2 are in ur hand
