Not getting promoted to ITA

Overall I have 4.7 years of experience and that to 2 years in TCS …is there any policy or rule that you have to complete 1 FA and 1 PE/ AP then only you will be eligible for ITA promotion!!! Any thoughts…

I completed both 1FA and 1PE ...and i too have around overall 4.8 yrs experience and TCS 2.2 yrs ..still C1 grade

Yes, TCS has a convoluted promotion process. Performance bands and manager approval are crucial. Policies can change, and delays are common. Relationships matter. Consider switching companies if frustrated.
