Not getting project release even after not visiting office /work
I was working in a X project for 7months but after the. Suddenly every things changed they changed our office which takes 2hrs to reach from my old office and workload was very bad /they torture us by making us come to a conference room the higher management so there were lots of pressure in the project and I was reaching home by 10:30 Pm at night  and no appreciation also.
 so I decided to ask for a release from the project as I don't want to work in this project due to a high pressure which was declining my physical and mental health.
So I stop going to the office which they were calling which is two hour away and I was visiting my nearest office every day and asked for release but now it's been 3 to 4 months. They haven't replied to my mail of release. I thought that they have forgotten me to give me release as it's been 3 to 4 months. As they are not contacting me for giving any work.
So I also informed my manager that I am being tagged to this project. Only. Please release me from the project as I want to work in different project and RMG is telling me if you will be getting a release from this project then only I will give you any new project.
But till now I haven't got released from the project. I asked with my friend. They told me that they will be giving after 31st March but it's his experience.
So I wanted to ask if I'm not going to the office to which they are calling me and visiting my nearest office. So swiping the card at the entrance and sitting in open ODC or canteen and waiting for my release.
Does they can fire me or what action they will be taking on me, how i will get released
From last 6 months I am also asking for release from project but they not giving instead they are keep extending project deadline which was about to get finish in Jan and no appreciation nothing in this project only late night calls which has started to decline my mental and physical health both. Due to the continuous late night calls and working from home and office both almost 14 15 hrs every day now my health has declined drastically due to which I have operation planned in coming days once that gets over I'll try to switch from this company as quick as possible instead of switching project because now I am sure they won't give any release. So it's better for you also to switch job than project on time rather than stuck here and going to hospital everyday just to survive.
They will release after spoiling your banding...so possibility is high to get release in March end. They can't fire as you are attending office from different location.
Yes they haven't closed my speed appraisal till now , manager evaluation is done currently in reviewer stage and SDC endorsement by manager is also pending which hold my appraisal as last date to complete appraisal was 17feb I guess, as i was getting mail to ask your speed manager to endorse yout sdc before 16feb , i asked him to do but he haven't done till now. 
I am also in a x project they allocated me the swon they told me to give a project but onboarding is not done yet ,even don't get the project id and as they don't have project for me ,and it takes 2 hours to reach the office with all traffic and plus they want 9 hours in odc. I asked for a release and they told giving it but playing mail to mail with management. So i reported to my nearest location. But now my delivery manager heads mail that she is not reporting to the odc in this office ,going to the nearest office. Take the hr action. .....what can they do as an action??
In my case it's been 4months nothing happened but in worst case they can force you to come to office or loss of pay will be introduced.
But don't worry when you will go they will remove lop but if you everyday make headache to them about giving release you will surely get released , same happens with one of my friends at tcs he got released eventually.
There are lot of confusion as the new RTO policy is creating more problem than solving the actual issues. There are practical limitations for resources and if they keep on pushing the associated too much then eventually everything would fall down. But it’s wait and watch game that everybody is playing.
