Trending @Infosys; Not getting option not to undergo PIP
I am in project production code right now I got NI rating, so I was asked to undergo PIP or resign with 5 months salary I chose to resign But today HR pinged that I have to undergo PIP mandatory and not giving option to resign Is this the case for everyone who got NI and assigned to project
I requested him to do something,he said he already assigned certifications in icount for me which is sent to reviewer and he doesn’t have any option to cancel it even the reviewer doesn’t have any option
..Even I tried reaching out to HR she directly said its mandatory for me and I don’t have option to opt out.
My manager also showed me mail where nothing was mentioned about opt out.He only instructed to start pip
