I am working for the night shift from the last 3 months but not getting allowance for it I even asked my manager for it He said you will get it next month but I didn't get any suggestions for it.

Most of the time I am working from home ,some time I am able to apply for a night shift from 5 PM to 2AM, sometimes just apply for regular time.

Check your attendance matching with NSA policies or not and raise ahd under nsa category to check your name added in NSA or not
