Trending @Infosys; Not getting motivation for WFO
I don't have a team in BLR, since 3 days I'm going to office, sitting alone. Everyone is busy with their work, ofcourse me too...
Floor is scattered with few small groups.
I'm facing an office environment after 5 years.
Facing same issue .. I have old ankle injury and on top of that I twisted my leg in office last month .. went to physiotherapist and he told me to rest for 2-3 months. As my office is 30km from home and there’s a lot of walking in office. I got a medical certificate for the same. After applying for wfh exception and constantly checking with HR. He said we can’t approve this cus of insufficient proof like x-ray and stuff.. this is unbelievable.. what should I do?
yeah i prefer either complete WFH or complete WFO where an entire team seats together, laugh together etc... I am also sitting all alone... 😣😣 not able to even get a seat in BLR dc..
Same feeling from Hyderabad STP.
Told the same to my manager, she said “ Go and meet people, make connections bla bla bla…
She also said we have to adhere to the company policies, even im going to office every week”
What can we do. It is unavoidable if you don’t have any source of income and don’t want to switch
