Trending @Infosys; Not Getting Interview calls

I’m having around 14 years of experience and trying to apply for a new job. I’ve applied for many opportunities on naukri/linkedin from past 2 months but not able to get single interview call. Is it happening with everyone and feeling the saturation in the market?

Basically you have breached the experience threshold. At 14 years propel would expect some kind of Architect or Project Manager or application manager type profile. If you are trying to apply for Dev positions, they might be considering you as overqualified . Your tech stack may also matter
