Not getting interview calls π
Tried all the approach. Applied to several places. Cold mailed people but not getting any replies or calls. I work in a good product company, why is it hard for me to switch. Revamped my resume multiple times with metric focused, proper action words, projects, skills, etc., I am in Native Android. Is the field broken or what? All are expecting hybrid(iOS + Android + Flutter + React). Maybe is that the reason I am not getting anything? I prepped DSA and I am okay to go with full stack as well. I did one BE project with Python. Is that not enough? What should I learn more? It's like they are expecting DSA, Systems design, frontend, backend, mobile all from single person.
This is more like a rant and appreciate any input or advice.

The market often favors versatility. Strengthen your backend/full-stack skills (Node.js, React, or Django) and system design knowledge. You can highlight transferable skills on your resume and network in mobile and hybrid tech communities to uncover hidden opportunities. Stay persistent.
All The Best.

Thanks man

Product based companies are hiring less and doing layoff , putting their own employees on pip. Why ? Because they give software development and support services to service based these days. Tcs wipro Infosys etc are that's why now paying equal or more than pbc these days. Why product based company do this ? So that once their requirement is done they can end service with the service based company else they have to keep paying salary to their own employees, and for service based it was just one client they have 100 more they put their employees in other projects.
Doing this sh*t from last 1 year...Bloody managers are rejecting me in Managerial roundsπ... Just a tip.. Keep your NP under 45 days.. You will get enough calls

Can we lie about notice periods? Mine is WFH and 2month so I can pretend to work around in both places.
Brother, send followup mails to all of them once in every 3 days as to why you would be the best for the role.
