Every quarter I get some or other awards but no hike and promotion I have 5 years of experience with MBA from baby IIM. Fixed - 11.5 am i underpaid?

I need advice from someone who was in shoes.

I wanted to be, I got into Accenture in 2023 and was recruited for Industry X later in 2 months they kicked me to ATCI (Business Analyst). my career level is 10. from past 2-3 weeks I am reaching out to strategy guys to learn how to switch to Accenture strategy. but no success.
