Not getting confirmation from projects.
3.8yoe. On bench since 31st May and now this policy has been released. Not planning to switch. All my interviews for projects are going great.. answering almost all questions (Python Developer/Data Analyst). But none of the projects reverted back with confirmation of allocation. Any suggestions?
Same here iam also trying to get allocate as soon. As possible but some how they are reverting back to me even though my interviews are going great
They are not *** reverting back
Their budgets are tight, maybe that's why. They do not even have good projects anymore. All they need is support people, for whom the budget is low. Number of unallocated associates are all time high, coz every 2nd person I am talking to, is either unallocated or about to be unallocated.
Last i heard was even for allocation approval from RMG and dept heads are getting rejected. My boss said it is because of be 1st finacial quater and will improve next quater lets see..
They have linked this to pay hike and promotions for now.
Most of the accounts only evaluate for time pass, they never come back with an update after evaluating
I think majority of the problem have started post Trump re election.... That guy being elected not has just brought more scrutiny on everything, but clients have been very cautious on spending... My project itself was expecting a lot of mini projects and we started hiring externally and internally, but somehow everything has been delayed now and the hired resources have been left on their luck... The situation right now is that client is considering to release people sitting at onsite to save on spending and expecting the same work from offshore with less resources.... Situation is tough... Before making any bigger personal financial decisions or company switch, consider worst case scenarios that can happen to remain safe....
