Not getting calls from Naukari

I am looking for Azure Devops Engineer roles. I have 3.10 years of experience in Tcs and initially three years, I have worked in support after learned the Azure Devops and switched to the Azure Devops project. I have uploaded my resume in Naukari but am not getting calls. Recently I have changed notice period 15 or less but now also not getting calls.

I don’t know what I have made a mistake?

Could you please share any suggestions?

One more thing like why the job market only looking for an immediate joiner? This type of culture was previously not seen. Our seniors happily switched jobs with a 3 month notice period? Is hr selling the jobs with this strategy because for 3 months notice most of us are eliminated?
