I have put 2 months notice period on my naukri profile but when I got a call I said I have 3 months of notice period since they have already called me they go ahead with my profile. Sometimes it can work just try it

Same for most off people. From 2-3 years there is not much hike in most of the service based companies so everyone is trying to switch jobs and situations like for 1 opening 1000 applications so call and shortlist chances are very less.
