Not getting approval for c3b grade for Allocation
I recently joined TCS and am currently on the bench (unallocated). The account is ready to onboard me, but the allocation is pending approval from the Unit Head. Will it create any problem for me ?

Yes, I was in the same situation in the beginning of August and Unit head didn't approve it then I didn't get that project. I was also part of the fluidity list. But I got an opportunity from another account by personal contact. After a long fight I got onboa ded now
I don’t think getting a project also will help u now. Even if u get rmg won’t allow u to get allocated. Don’t waste time and prepare to switch. I have seen this happen with many. It’s a myth that u ll get a project
For C3B graduates allocation goes to unit head approval , they check based on budget allocation if it’s really needed then they approve to onboard
For C3B and above unless they think u can do wonders in the project, they are no allocating anyone
