Trending @Accenture; Not getting any update on HR discussion in BOSCH

I have recently completed all the interview Round including managerial round but it's been a week I didn't get any update on next discussion. HR told she will update me but she didn't. Does it mean i am rejected? Or if rejected also then will they provide any update on that too? Can anyone please help me in this as i am stressed and need offer.
