Not getting any response after applying

I have 1+ yoe, currently working at Oracle India. I want to switch badly due to toxic work life in my team. Manager won't even allow me for internal transfers. I am applying to many MNCs but not getting any response or call back from any of them.

I want to switch badly, please suggest how can I get any call backs..

I was also in the same state. I argued with my immediate manager and senior manager and asked for release. Then I was in bench for a month. I applied for jobs with immediate joining and once I got offer, I got early release
