Not getting any interviews.

Over the past six months, I’ve been actively trying to switch from my current company, but the process has been much more difficult than expected. Initially, I was getting a few interview opportunities in January and February, but unfortunately, I either got rejected or did not receive any response afterward.

Recently, the situation has become more challenging, as I am no longer receiving interview calls despite consistently applying to newly posted jobs, updating my Naukri profile daily, and optimizing my resumes and online profiles. I believe the major issue is my 90-day notice period, which is discouraging recruiters from considering my profile. At the same time, I am hesitant to resign without having another offer in hand, as it feels risky.

I have around 2.10 years of experience and am unsure about the right approach. Should I consider resigning first and then searching for a job during my notice period? Also, is this the right time in the market to take such a step?
